Ibotta is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the IPN Campaign Platform, which comprises the APIs, MCPs, audiences, product data, and integrations powering every campaign on the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN). This is a strategic leadership role focused on translating high-level business goals into unified, performant, and low-latency campaigns.
Your primary strategic opportunity is expanding the IPN beyond Ibotta's internal use. You will develop and execute the strategy enabling advertisers to buy and manage IPN campaigns through their existing tools and platforms, positioning Ibotta's evolution from a promotions marketplace to a modern performance marketing engine.
You will lead a growing team of Product Managers spanning Campaign APIs, Audience Platform, Product Data, and External Integrations. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations. A key responsibility is establishing an AI-native product practice, leveraging AI both within the platform and in how your team operates.
Key responsibilities include: owning the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the IPN Campaign Platform; defining and executing the strategy for off-platform campaign buying and management through APIs and external partners; leading, coaching, and growing a PM team with clear standards for high-quality work; setting priorities and success metrics; running quarterly and strategic planning to ensure sequencing and resourcing; aligning cross-functional partners around shared goals; building AI fluency across your team; and fostering a customer-obsessed culture grounded in clarity, ownership, and high-velocity execution.
Ibotta is a leading performance marketing platform (NYSE: IBTA) enabling brands to deliver digital promotions to over 200 million consumers through the Ibotta Performance Network. The company is headquartered in Denver and is recognized as a top place to work.
The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Relocation assistance is available for candidates outside Denver. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.
REQUIREMENTS:

- BA/BS in computer science, engineering, or related technical field (required)
- Experience with advertising or performance marketing platforms: campaign APIs, audiences, product data, or asset management
- Experience leading API-first or multi-persona platforms (ad tech, marketing platforms, enterprise SaaS, or complex data products)
- Product strategy expertise: translating company vision and customer needs into coherent platform roadmaps
- Strong product sense and data-informed decision making; ability to hold PM teams to high standards
- Leadership through others: setting goals, removing blockers, holding teams accountable without acting as hands-on IC
- Demonstrated AI fluency: daily use of tools like Claude or ChatGPT; evolved product process or team operating model with AI
- Track record of attracting, developing, and retaining strong PM talent
