PDI Technologies is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the product vision and strategy across the company's portfolio of solutions serving convenience retail and petroleum brands. You will manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Owners, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation while translating market trends, customer feedback, and business priorities into actionable product strategies.
Key responsibilities include defining and communicating product vision aligned with company strategy and customer needs; leading roadmap planning and prioritization across multiple product lines; partnering closely with Engineering and Design to deliver exceptional user experiences; using customer insights and product analytics to drive data-driven decisions; championing product adoption, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth; influencing executive stakeholders on long-term business decisions; leading cross-functional product launches; and identifying opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and emerging technologies for competitive advantage.
You will work with a global team committed to excellence and collaboration, supporting products like GasBuddy and other mobile applications that provide real-time market intelligence and shopper insights. The role offers a seat at the strategic table with direct influence over how customers operate and grow their businesses.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of product management experience, including leadership of Product Managers and cross-functional teams
- Proven success defining strategy and delivering SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, payments, retail technology, or platform-based products
- Strong business acumen balancing customer needs, technical considerations, and commercial goals
- Experience building product roadmaps, developing business cases, and driving execution from concept through launch
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
- Passion for coaching teams and developing future product leaders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with customer-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading product organizations in high-growth technology companies
- Background in AI-enabled products, data analytics, automation, or platform solutions
- Experience supporting multiple product lines or enterprise-scale software platforms
- MBA or advanced degree
