Ibotta is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Advertiser Experience for the Ibotta Performance Network (IPN)—the portal and tools that advertisers, sellers, and operations teams use to plan, launch, optimize, and measure campaigns. This is a strategic leadership role focused on transforming the Portal from a promotions interface into an intelligent, agent-first performance marketing platform.
You will own the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the Advertiser Experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Defining the agent-first strategy for the Portal, where AI agents assist with campaign planning, setup, and optimization while keeping users in control
- Unifying Market Insights, Campaign Design, Optimization, and Performance Reporting into a cohesive user journey with consistent workflows and navigation
- Building and leading a high-performing team of Product Managers; setting clear standards for quality product work and developing a strong operating model
- Setting priorities and success metrics; running quarterly and strategic planning to ensure sequencing and resourcing across your team and partner teams
- Building AI fluency across the team and putting AI at the center of discovery, definition, and delivery
- Representing the Advertiser Experience in senior leadership forums
- Fostering a customer-obsessed culture grounded in clarity, ownership, and high-velocity execution
You will collaborate closely with the Campaign Platform team (APIs, data, integrations), Engineering, Data Science, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations.

The role is hybrid in Denver, requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Relocation assistance is available for candidates outside Denver. Must be authorized to work in the US full-time.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing Product Managers
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (required)
- Experience with advertising or performance marketing platforms (campaign setup, pacing/budgeting, targeting, optimization, measurement, reporting)
- Experience leading multi-surface, multi-persona products (ad managers, marketing platforms, enterprise SaaS, complex data products)
- Track record of unifying complex workflows or fragmented product surfaces into intuitive end-to-end journeys
- Experience shipping AI-powered or agentic product experiences, or strong point of view on how they should change advertiser workflows
- Demonstrated AI fluency: daily use of tools like Claude or ChatGPT; evolved product process or team operating model with AI
- Strong product sense and data-informed decision making; ability to hold PM teams to those standards
- Leadership through others: sets goals, removes blockers, holds teams accountable without acting as hands-on IC
- Track record of attracting, developing, and retaining strong Product Management talent
