League is a leading healthcare experience platform serving 70+ million people across health plans, providers, and digital health innovators. The company closes critical gaps in healthcare delivery by identifying what patients need next, removing barriers, and ensuring follow-through on care—from appointments to prescriptions to referrals.
As Director of Platform Sales, you'll lead enterprise sales efforts across League's priority healthcare segments: health plans, providers, pharmacy retailers, and digital health companies. This is a pivotal growth role at a company with established product-market fit accelerating pipeline conversion.
Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end sales process for strategic enterprise accounts, generating new pipeline through your network and account-based marketing collaboration, and negotiating complex partnership agreements. You'll work closely with League's executive and go-to-market leadership to develop compelling sales narratives, build repeatable processes for new verticals, and communicate product needs back to leadership. You'll also ensure smooth handoffs from sales to delivery and foster a culture of success across go-to-market functions.
You bring 10+ years of enterprise sales and sales management experience with a track record of quota attainment in complex environments. You have expertise in Platform-as-a-Service, digital transformation, and consumer/patient engagement sales. Deep knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry—payers (health plans, HCM, brokers), providers, and pharmacy retailers—is essential. You're skilled at winning C-suite support, proficient in Salesforce and sales acceleration tools, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent.
Culturally, you're sharp and quick to learn, driven by purpose beyond money, collaborative rather than a lone wolf, ambitious with substance, and structured in your approach. You communicate directly, don't need to dominate rooms, and are self-aware and coachable. You thrive in replicable, rules-based sales processes and understand that U.S. healthcare buyers reward sellers who bring structure and control.
