Figure is a NASDAQ-listed fintech company transforming capital markets through blockchain technology. The company has originated over $22 billion in home equity loans on its blockchain-native platform and is the largest non-bank provider of home equity financing in the U.S., partnering with 170+ institutions. As Director of Partnerships, you will own a book of bank and credit union accounts with full revenue accountability. This is a full-cycle enterprise sales role where you build your own pipeline, manage long and complex sales cycles from prospecting through close, and coordinate with capital markets, solutions engineering, product, and legal teams to get programs approved and live. Key responsibilities include: prospecting into new accounts and building a book of business; owning the complete sales cycle from discovery through negotiation and closing while maintaining accurate pipeline and forecast; building C-level relationships across buying committees (mortgage lending, consumer lending, risk, compliance, technology, finance); developing account plans that map decision makers and create clear paths to close; translating Figure's value into business cases and ROI models for executive audiences; navigating regulatory diligence requirements; leading internal coordination to launch programs; and bringing market feedback to product planning. You will carry a revenue target and operate independently at the executive level. The role requires 8+ years of enterprise sales experience in full-cycle new business, a track record of owning named accounts and hitting revenue targets, and experience selling into banks, credit unions, or other heavily regulated buyers. You should be comfortable prospecting and building territory, closing multi-stakeholder deals requiring committee approval, and building business cases for finance audiences. Executive presence and command of formal sales methodology are essential. Travel is approximately 30% for onsite meetings and industry conferences. Ideal candidates have experience in consumer lending, home equity, or mortgage; existing relationships with bank and credit union executives; or experience as an early seller building new sales motions.
