Hinge Health is seeking a Director of Partnerships and Business Development to lead the Southeast region and build strategic relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, and advisory firms. This senior, externally-facing role combines regional territory ownership with national partnership responsibilities. You will own a defined geographic market and a portfolio of strategic consultant relationships, translating trusted relationships and market insight into education, influence, qualified pipeline, and closed business. Key responsibilities include building and executing territory and consultant-partnership plans focused on high-growth firms and employer accounts; developing trusted relationships with benefits consultants, brokers, practice leaders, clinical experts, actuaries, and producers; generating consultant-influenced pipeline through targeted engagement, warm introductions, and executive meetings; leading strategic relationships with assigned national and regional consulting firms; creating and activating referral, reseller, and data-sharing partnerships; educating consultants on Hinge Health's clinical model, technology, outcomes, and ROI methodology; presenting at consultant meetings, conferences, and partner events; translating complex clinical and actuarial topics into clear stories; and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Client Success, Clinical, Product, Marketing, and other teams. You will also bring market intelligence, competitive insight, and consultant feedback back to internal teams to strengthen products and go-to-market strategy, while maintaining disciplined Salesforce activity and relationship data. Required: 10+ years selling health technology, employee benefits, or healthcare services through consultant/broker/advisory channels; established relationships within benefits consulting; demonstrated success building new partnerships and expanding strategic relationships; experience generating pipeline through indirect or partner channels; strong executive presence, presentation, discovery, storytelling, and negotiation skills; ability to discuss clinical evidence, claims-based ROI, analytics, and competitive positioning; business planning and cross-functional collaboration skills; proficiency with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365; willingness to travel 30–50% for partner meetings and events. Preferred: experience negotiating channel, referral, reseller, or revenue-based partnership agreements; background in digital MSK, benefits, health plans, or clinical services; experience leading consultant education or executive roundtables; health insurance license.
