Salary: USD 130,000 - 170,000 / annual

The company provides an AI-powered FinCrime Operating System that helps financial institutions tackle compliance challenges including Know Your Customer (KYC), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and evolving regulatory requirements across 120+ countries.
As Director of Partnerships & Alliances, you will shape and execute the Partner Go-to-Market strategy for global advisory, consulting, and systems integration partners in North America, with a primary focus on generating Annual Contract Value (ACV) through partner motions. You will own the regional partner program, combining global best practices with market-leading innovation to deliver a standout partner experience across North America's sub-regions and time zones.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and managing strategic relationships with partnership and sales executives to drive efficient operational interaction and accelerate new business
- Identifying and creating well-qualified opportunities for sales teams to engage and support partners throughout the sales cycle
- Developing and managing partner business plans with clear, mutually agreed targets
- Creating co-marketing opportunities and executing marketing plans that generate new business
- Leveraging existing relationships to develop deep advisory, consulting, and systems integration partnerships
- Collaborating with senior sales executives and field teams on partnership-sourced or partnership-influenced opportunities
- Providing input into competitive sales enablement collateral (presentations, briefs, white papers, website content)
- Driving Fenergo's field sales engagement with partners across co-sell, reseller, referral, and teaming models
- Negotiating legal and financial agreements to support prioritized partner models
- Managing partners through clear governance processes, including executive quarterly business reviews and monthly status meetings
- Working with the Global Advisory and Systems Integration partner program lead to identify and deliver improvements
- Ensuring partners are effectively onboarded, enabled, trained, certified, and fully supported
This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 2-3 days in the office per week.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3-5 years working in a scale-up software company in Partnership and Alliances or Business Development, with a proven track record of generating software license revenue through partnerships
- Background in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance (BFSI) in a sales, relationship management, or senior operations role, with experience delivering consulting, advisory services, and systems integration of mission-critical software platforms into financial institutions
- Experience working across all of North America
- Experience with a wide array of partnership models (MSP, Reseller, Implementation, etc.)
- Practical problem-solving capabilities with a 'get it done' attitude
- Ability to create buy-in internally and externally to overcome adoption hurdles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable working with C-level executives
- Ability to shape, develop, and drive new go-to-market strategies and propositions with partners
- Great written and oral communication skills, including compelling presentation abilities
- Team player with desire to improve the team and develop themselves
Nice to have: Degree in Business/Technology or equivalent; passion for how technology can solve financial crime challenges.
