PadSplit is seeking a Director of Technology Operations to lead three critical functions: Quality Assurance, IT & Internal Tooling, and Security. You will oversee existing teams across each area and drive modernization initiatives—transitioning QA toward automation, IT toward proactive enablement, and Security toward a structured, risk-based program.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring you to set strategy and own outcomes across all three functions while remaining engaged with execution. You'll evaluate test architectures, challenge vendor renewals, lead incident reviews, and make technical decisions that directly impact the business.
The ideal candidate has led multiple technology operations functions and excels at transforming reactive, manual processes into scalable systems. You should be comfortable operating at both strategic and tactical levels, developing high-performing teams while diving into technical details when needed. Strong technical judgment across QA, IT operations, and Security is essential, along with the ability to translate technical risks and tradeoffs into clear business decisions for leadership.
