Nerdio is seeking a Director of Technical Training to build and lead a modern, AI-driven technical content and enablement engine. You will establish the Technical Training team as the authoritative source for all technical education at Nerdio, creating a modular content library organized around the company's core capabilities: Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Windows 365, Intune/UEM, application management, Auto-scale, image management, and automation. Your responsibilities include: - Designing and executing a comprehensive customer and partner enablement roadmap spanning the full lifecycle: onboarding, certification, self-serve learning, and technical deep-dives - Building and packaging training content for multiple delivery contexts: self-paced courses, self-serve libraries and knowledge bases, virtual live training, instructor-led sessions, Masterclasses, and partner enablement programs - Creating persona- and solution-based learning paths that can be assembled from modular content - Establishing best practices for technical training and certification programs - Leading and growing the Technical Training team - Collaborating with product, sales, customer success, and partner teams to ensure training aligns with business objectives - Leveraging AI and modern learning technologies to enhance content delivery and personalization Nerdio simplifies the lives of IT professionals and maximizes their Microsoft cloud and end-user computing investments.
