LVT (LiveView Technologies) is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Management to lead their supply chain organization as the company scales its AI-driven intelligent site technology platform and physical hardware products. Based in Spanish Fork, Utah, this director-level role oversees procurement specialists, a Senior Procurement Manager for new product sourcing, and an Inventory Control team.
Key responsibilities include leading and mentoring the supply chain organization to drive operational excellence; designing and refining end-to-end supply chain processes and Oracle Fusion ERP infrastructure to ensure component availability during rapid manufacturing growth; optimizing total inventory investment through demand planning and safety stock practices; and partnering with R&D and Hardware Engineering early in product development to ensure cost-effective sourcing and seamless new product launches.
The role requires developing and executing strategic sourcing strategies that optimize cost performance and commercial terms; establishing supplier performance KPIs and leading business reviews to improve vendor quality and on-time delivery; analyzing market trends and supply risks to proactively mitigate disruptions; and collaborating with executive leadership on quarterly supply chain targets and reporting on margin improvements, inventory turns, and landed cost optimizations.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, procurement, and inventory management within high-growth physical hardware or manufacturing environments. Required qualifications include demonstrated ability to train, grow, and lead multi-tiered teams; deep experience partnering with R&D and engineering on new product introduction (NPI); expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation; and mastery of modern ERP systems and supply chain tools. The role is full-time in-office with occasional travel to domestic and international suppliers.
