Salary: USD 128,000 - 161,700 / annual

Flexe is transforming the $1.5T logistics industry by delivering technology-powered flexible warehousing infrastructure to Fortune 500 enterprises. The company operates a cloud-based software platform connecting 1,300+ warehouse operators across North America, enabling customers to source, operate, and scale logistics services efficiently. The Director of Strategic Accounts is an individual contributor role responsible for managing primary relationships with a select group of highly strategic customer partnerships. You will develop deep understanding of customers' supply chains and business objectives, design strategic account plans that drive long-term growth and client satisfaction, and operate collaboratively within a matrixed organization. Key responsibilities include: - Serve as primary advocate for clients, understanding needs and implementing effective solutions - Build cross-functional relationships across all levels of customer organizations - Own budgeting, forecasting, and account profitability - Develop firm knowledge of clients' supply chains and industries - Organize and lead strategic business reviews to assess service, develop consensus on initiatives, and identify growth opportunities - Understand competitive landscape and market insights; communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Own revenue projections and define growth targets for account portfolio - Drive solution concept, design, and vision internally and externally - Use data and scorecards to review trends and develop actionable outcomes - Facilitate contract negotiation and pricing with clients - Travel up to 50% as needed Requirements: - Minimum 8 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales in supply chain/logistics industry - Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication skills - Expert presentation abilities - Experience negotiating customer contracts and pricing - Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, and related software - Industry certification preferred (APICS CSCP, SCPro, or similar) - Ability to travel up to 50%
