Rula is seeking a Director of Revenue Strategy & Planning to own the operating model for a core B2B business unit within their mental healthcare platform. This role sits within Revenue Operations and partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.
You will design Rula's growth strategy by building comprehensive plans, modeling targets and capacity, defining the sales funnel, and translating performance data into actionable decisions. The core mission is to move a promising B2B motion from growth phase to scale by sharpening the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), improving unit economics, and ensuring the team has a trusted, executable plan.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning GTM plans including targets, quotas, territories, and coverage models for SMB and Mid-Market sales teams
- Building and maintaining forecasting models and analyzing funnel dynamics
- Leading pipeline reviews and deriving insights from raw data
- Creating executive-ready narratives and decks that translate complex trade-offs for non-technical audiences
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to land GTM decisions
- Supporting ICP tests and translating results into coverage and playbook changes
Required experience includes 10+ years across revenue functions with 5+ years specifically in Sales Ops, RevOps, Strategy, or related GTM roles in B2B or B2B2C businesses. You must have 3+ years of people management experience and demonstrated expertise building GTM plans for SMB and Mid-Market teams. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and cross-functional collaboration are essential.
Preferred qualifications include B2B healthcare GTM experience, multi-channel GTM environment exposure, startup or high-growth environment background, Salesforce and BI tools expertise (Looker, Tableau, Hex, PowerBI), and experience running ICP tests.
