As Director of Revenue, you will lead and scale a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on Mid-Market and Enterprise segments across the East Coast. This is a hands-on role where you actively participate in strategic, multi-million-dollar deal cycles while building and coaching world-class sales talent.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading recruitment, retention, and daily coaching of Account Executives through all stages of complex sales cycles
- Serving as executive sponsor on high-value deals (7- and 8-figure ARR potential)
- Navigating complex buying centers within corporate legal teams and law firms
- Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, Engineering, and Executive Leadership on GTM strategy
- Owning team revenue targets with strict forecasting accuracy and pipeline health
- Developing repeatable sales playbooks, qualification frameworks, and prospecting tactics
- Analyzing conversion rates, sales cycle length, and rep performance to optimize team output
You bring 3+ years of direct sales management in B2B SaaS with complex, consultative sales cycles, plus 8+ years total B2B sales experience. You have a documented track record of personal and team quota attainment in high-growth environments. Experience with enterprise/mid-market deals ($100k–$1M+ ARR), legal tech or professional services, and modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger) is essential. You combine strategic rigor, high emotional intelligence, and executive presence with a builder mindset.
The role is based in Legora's Union Square office in New York with a collaborative, in-person environment. You'll partner with global teams in Stockholm, London, and Sydney.
