CertifyOS is building data infrastructure for modern healthcare, solving the problem of fragmented provider data through an API-first platform that automates provider licensing, enrollment, credentialing, and network monitoring.
You will serve as Director of Product Management for CertifyOS's Applications portfolio—the customer-facing product suite built on the core platform, including Credentialing, Monitoring, and Provider Tools. This portfolio represents the majority of company revenue and is central to how customers experience CertifyOS's value.
You will be accountable for shaping the strategic direction of the applications business, improving product execution quality and pace across the portfolio, and identifying new product investments for future growth. A key part of this role involves leading Applied AI investments and defining how CertifyOS uses AI and agentic systems to improve customer workflows, modernize internal operations, and create differentiated product experiences—including enhancing credentialing flows and exploring broader agent-first product and go-to-market approaches.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution across the Applications portfolio (Applied AI, Credentialing, Monitoring, Provider Tools)
- Own business success by driving trade-offs in investment that accelerate revenue and build profitable, delighted customers
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to translate strategy into high-quality execution
- Develop next-generation application offerings in partnership with sales and business development
- Prepare the organization for an agentic future by embedding applied AI solutions throughout the portfolio
- Lead and develop product managers across the applications domain
- Raise organizational fluency and execution in an AI-first world
- Create leverage through clarity, judgment, prioritization, and strong operating cadence
- Coach PMs to operate effectively in both structured roadmap work and ambiguous 0→1 problem spaces
- Build a culture of accountability, curiosity, customer empathy, and high standards
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Product Management experience
- 5+ years of leading product teams or founder experience scaling and leading teams
- Health tech experience, particularly fluency in provider data and credentialing in B2B SaaS
- Widely respected for bringing clarity to complex situations
- Track record of building and mentoring teams whose members have gone on to significant accomplishments
- Exceptional product thinking with comfort in ambiguity and ability to drive efficient execution
- Experience in growth-stage startups and learning from both larger-scale and earlier-stage companies
- Ability to create systems that help teams scale and rethink approaches in an AI-first world
- Constant curiosity, experimental mindset, and voracious learning from peers
