Zeta Global (NYSE: ZETA) is an AI-powered marketing cloud that helps enterprise marketers acquire, grow, and retain customers more efficiently. The company unifies identity, intelligence, and omnichannel activation through its Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP), powered by one of the industry's largest proprietary consumer databases and AI capabilities.
As Director of Product Management for ZX (Zeta's customer acquisition business unit), you will lead product strategy and delivery for the acquisition business. You will translate client and team needs into a clear product vision, roadmap, and priorities, working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Cloud, and business unit leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the ZX product vision and roadmap, defining strategy that reflects client needs, business priorities, and Zeta's broader platform direction
- Serving as the product lead for ZX, translating business opportunities into clear requirements and delivery plans
- Applying Zeta's identity, data, AI, activation, and measurement capabilities to acquisition use cases
- Leading the email acquisition product experience, bringing strong command of email acquisition and ESP ecosystems
- Identifying common needs across business units and championing shared components and reusable approaches
- Understanding customer workflows and acquisition strategies through engagement with leadership, sales, and clients
- Driving execution and adoption by aligning stakeholders around scope, milestones, and success measures
This role requires both ownership of ZX's distinct needs and commitment to building "One Zeta"—identifying where core platform capabilities can serve acquisition use cases and turning successful solutions into reusable products across the company. You will influence teams across business units and central platform organizations without direct authority, requiring strong cross-functional partnership skills.
**Requirements:**
- Significant product management experience, including ownership of a roadmap and delivery across multiple teams
- Experience with advertising technology, customer acquisition, marketing technology, or related data-driven product areas
- Deep understanding of email as an acquisition channel, including ESP platforms, audience and identity resolution, deliverability, campaign orchestration, and performance measurement
- Ability to translate commercial and customer needs into scalable product decisions and clear requirements for engineering teams
- Strong understanding of how data, identity, activation, and measurement work together in marketing workflows
- Track record of influencing teams across business units and central platform organizations without direct authority
- Sound judgment about when to tailor products to business needs versus investing in shared capabilities
- Clear communication with technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders
