Brex is seeking a Director of Product to lead the Growth Product team, overseeing strategy and execution for customer acquisition and onboarding. This role sits at the intersection of product, AI, and go-to-market, with responsibility for building features, models, and tools that empower GTM and Marketing teams. You will manage a team of Product Managers and drive multi-quarter growth strategies in partnership with Engineering, Design, GTM, Marketing, Operations, and Data teams.
Key responsibilities include: defining and executing growth strategy to improve GTM metrics (CAC payback, pipeline conversion, efficiency); managing and developing a team of Product Managers; overseeing core Growth Product domains including account scoring, TAM data, outbound automation, and GTM tooling; embedding within Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to identify workflow bottlenecks and lead automation initiatives; analyzing GTM funnel and conversion metrics to guide roadmap decisions; setting clear goals and success criteria for the team; and aligning stakeholders around a 6–12 month roadmap.
You will work across Brex's distributed teams based in San Francisco, New York, Seattle, Vancouver, Brazil, and remote locations. The role requires 10+ years of product management or management consulting experience, with direct responsibility for scaling B2B products and GTM systems. Strong analytical skills, SQL proficiency, and proven ability to communicate with senior leaders and influence cross-functional stakeholders are essential. You must be a systems thinker capable of identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for efficiency and automation within the payables ecosystem.
The role is hybrid, based in San Francisco, Seattle, or New York City, requiring in-office presence at least three days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). Remote work is permitted up to four weeks annually.
