Payoneer is a global fintech platform serving over 2.5 million users across 190+ countries, simplifying cross-border payments, compliance, multi-currency management, and business intelligence for underserved businesses worldwide. You will lead growth and activation across the customer lifecycle—from discovery through onboarding to long-term engagement. This is a director-level role managing a team of product managers, with accountability for strategy, execution, and outcomes in a highly regulated fintech environment. Key Responsibilities: • Lead growth across the full customer lifecycle, owning conversion and activation metrics from first touch through onboarding. • Expand Payoneer's presence across multiple surfaces: mobile, partner integrations, marketplace channels, and API-first flows. Define how each surface functions as a distinct front door while maintaining coherent journeys. • Own the end-to-end customer experience: discovery, solution definition, delivery, outcomes measurement, and post-launch learning. Manage the experimentation engine that continuously improves onboarding and verification flows. • Build and lead a team of product managers. Hire, coach, set quality standards, and empower them as visible owners of their areas, freeing yourself to think strategically 6+ months ahead. • Set strategy and defend the roadmap to senior leadership. Define priorities, sequence bets, and adjust based on learning and data. • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, GTM, Partnerships, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Engineering. Become fluent in their domains to collaborate effectively and drive growth responsibly in a regulated business—winning on conversion without compromising quality. • Act as the customer's internal advocate. Spend time with customers, understand their needs deeply, and champion their perspective in every prioritization decision. • Communicate proactively and clearly. Keep stakeholders and your team informed about what you're doing and why without requiring them to ask. • Leverage AI strategically. Integrate AI into the customer journey where it removes real friction (personalization, guided onboarding, intelligent routing), and use it to accelerate team research, synthesis, and execution. Requirements: • 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing product managers. • Track record of owning growth or activation outcomes in fintech, marketplaces, or consumer-grade B2B products, ideally in a regulated domain. • Proven experience launching and scaling new surfaces (mobile, partner-embedded, marketplace, API-driven) with a clear understanding of how multi-surface journeys stay coherent. • Data mastery: fluency in analytics, funnels, cohorts, experiments, and statistical reasoning, combined with commitment to qualitative research and customer insights. • Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered product capabilities (personalization, guided/conversational onboarding, intelligent routing) with grounded judgment about where AI adds value. • Attention to detail (required in fintech compliance and UX). • Bias for action, excellent judgment, and strong communication skills. • Customer-centric mindset with a designer's eye for craft and business impact.
