Honeydew is a telehealth platform connecting patients to licensed dermatologists and FDA-approved skin treatments. The company has helped 50,000+ patients and is growing 4x year-over-year.
You will lead Honeydew's performance marketing engine end-to-end, managing an eight-figure paid media budget across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels. You'll report directly to the Head of Growth and work with the CEO and CFO on strategy and targets. Your core responsibilities include:
**Spend & Strategy**: Allocate budget across paid social, search, and new channels based on performance data. You'll have autonomy to decide where dollars go and what gets tested. You'll manage a paid search lead and paid media coordinator who report to you.
**Measurement & Analytics**: Own ROAS, CAC by channel, multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, incrementality testing, and geo holdout tests. You'll be responsible for knowing when each measurement approach is reliable and when it's misleading.
**Creative & Testing**: Partner with an in-house creative team (strategy, production, editing) to define what gets tested, when, and how. You'll translate results into actionable briefs for the creative team.
**Product & CRO**: Work with designers and engineers to customize onboarding experiences for different channel audiences.
**Compliance & Data**: Manage marketing data pipelines, conversion tracking, privacy, and consent platforms. You'll navigate HIPAA-adjacent restrictions that apply to prescription treatment advertising.
**Team Development**: Manage and develop your paid search lead and coordinator, both high-performing and ready for expanded scope.
**2027 Priorities**: Launch new channels (connected TV, expanded TikTok, affiliate, programmatic, in-app), rebuild spend allocation around incrementality, level up tracking to survive consent changes, and hire to match channel mix.
You'll be measured on blended CAC at target new patient volume.
**Requirements**: 7–10 years in performance marketing. Led performance marketing at a fast-growing D2C company (Series B–D preferred) or ran it across multiple companies at an agency and want to own one business in-house. Hands-on buying experience across major performance channels: social, search, CTV, programmatic, display. Extremely analytical with deep funnel understanding from first impression through patient conversion. Ability to explain complex metrics and trade-offs to founders and CFOs in plain language. Nice-to-haves: healthcare, telehealth, or subscription experience; CTV, programmatic, or affiliate buying expertise; server-side tracking and consent management setup.
