Stampli is seeking a Director of Partnerships to own and execute the company's partner strategy across its entire ecosystem, including ERP providers, VARs and resellers, accounting and professional services firms, and implementation providers.
In this role, you will:
• Develop and execute Stampli's comprehensive partner strategy across all ecosystem segments
• Build the operating model for the partner program from the ground up
• Scale the partner program to drive more than 20% of Net New ARR
• Determine the optimal partner team structure, deciding between quota-carrying Partner Account Executives, Partner Managers focused on engagement and referral generation, or a hybrid model
• Build and lead the partner team based on strategic assessment
• Ground all decisions in deal data and partner performance metrics
• Communicate strategy and progress with executive clarity and proactivity
• Identify and recruit new partners while nurturing existing relationships
• Create co-sell and referral opportunities that drive revenue growth
You will have full ownership of partner strategy and the autonomy to shape the team and operating model. This is a strategic leadership role requiring someone who can write strategy independently, not wait for direction, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Requirements:
• Proven experience building and scaling partner programs in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Track record of growing partner-sourced revenue to significant percentages of total ARR
• Experience managing and building partner teams (Partner AEs, Partner Managers, or hybrid structures)
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to ground decisions in deal data and metrics
• Executive-level communication and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively drive strategy without waiting for direction
• Experience with ERP ecosystems, accounting software, or professional services integrations preferred
