Fabric Health is seeking a Director of Partnerships to lead and scale employer channel partnerships. You will own relationships with national benefits consulting firms, broker networks, and strategic alliances serving the self-insured employer market. This is a strategic, consultative role bridging business development and partnership management. Key responsibilities include: managing relationships with major benefits consulting firms and broker networks; developing and executing partnership strategies that drive new client acquisition through channels; serving as a trusted advisor educating partners on Fabric's platform capabilities and clinical value; identifying and pursuing new channel partnership opportunities; collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams on seamless handoffs; developing compelling presentations and business cases for partner audiences; tracking partnership performance metrics including partner-sourced pipeline and revenue attribution; representing Fabric at industry events and conferences; and providing market intelligence to Product and Strategy teams. You are a natural relationship builder who earns trust quickly with senior stakeholders. You have deep familiarity with the employer benefits ecosystem and understand how self-insured employers evaluate and purchase digital health solutions through benefits consultants. You bring a consultative, insight-driven approach to partnerships rather than transactional selling. You are energized by building new partnerships from scratch or scaling existing programs to drive revenue. You operate independently with structured prioritization in a fast-moving environment. Required: 8+ years in partnerships, alliances, business development, or strategic account management in healthcare, digital health, or employee benefits. Demonstrated experience with national benefits consulting firms (Willis Towers Watson, Aon, Mercer, Gallagher) or broker networks. Deep understanding of the self-insured employer market and healthcare solution distribution through channels. Executive presence and presentation skills to build credibility with senior partners and C-suite. Track record of driving measurable revenue or pipeline through channel partnerships. Self-motivated, results-oriented, able to manage multiple relationships simultaneously. Willing to travel up to 25% for partner meetings. Experience in virtual care, telehealth, clinical SaaS, or health technology platforms is preferred.
