Pacaso is reimagining second home ownership through a co-ownership model, having facilitated over $1.2 billion in real estate transactions across 40+ destinations in the US, Mexico, and Europe. The company is preparing for a public listing and has raised over $300 million in cumulative equity funding. As Director of Lifecycle Marketing, you will own all customer communications from first inquiry through years of ownership. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will shape lifecycle strategy and execute it end-to-end, working closely with brand, creative, analytics, and Sales teams. Key responsibilities include: **Reactivation:** Design when and how to re-engage past inquiries who discovered Pacaso years before they were ready to buy. This is identified as one of the company's largest growth levers. **Prospect Nurture:** Create the experience for prospects during their multi-month consideration period. You'll use segmentation, personalization, and disciplined testing to keep relevant homes and markets present in their thinking, earning attention through relevance rather than urgency. **Owner Communications:** Define what Owners hear from Pacaso and when, from onboarding through arrival moments, home updates, and referral programs. Ensure every message feels coordinated and consistent. **Platform & Measurement:** Own the Iterable instance end-to-end, including data architecture, deliverability, channel setup (email, SMS, push), and connections to CRM and data warehouse. Define and report lifecycle success metrics monthly (reactivation rate, conversion to consultation, owner engagement, revenue influenced). Marketing at Pacaso runs lean and AI-native. You should already work with AI to draft variants, score segments, and check campaigns, while applying your judgment to strategy, taste, and measurement. This is an individual contributor role at the director level—you will build the lifecycle program yourself rather than manage a large team.
