The Director of Investor Research will be the primary strategic voice for GoodLeap's capital markets performance. You will lead analysis of originated assets, build data-driven narratives for investors, and direct cross-functional collaboration across Capital Markets Sales, Analytics, Underwriting, Servicing, and Product Management.
Key responsibilities include owning GoodLeap's investor relations function within the Portfolio Management team, shaping how loan performance, credit quality, and macroeconomic trends are communicated to current and prospective investors. Operating with high autonomy and independent judgment, you will serve as a credible, senior-level counterpart to external stakeholders and guide the work of junior team members on a dotted-line basis. This role is essential to preserving investor trust and directly influences the duration and stability of GoodLeap's revenue.
You will be expected to synthesize complex capital markets data, identify trends, and translate them into compelling investor communications. The role requires deep expertise in asset performance analysis, credit quality assessment, and investor engagement strategies. Success in this position directly impacts GoodLeap's ability to access capital markets and maintain strong investor relationships.
