Key responsibilities include executing people strategy aligned with company goals; championing company culture through onboarding, engagement, and recognition programs; supporting the recruiting function and building performance management systems; administering compensation cycles and benefits renewals; overseeing HRIS and people analytics; and serving as the primary point of contact for employee relations, investigations, and compliance matters across multiple states.
