7AI, founded in 2024 by Cybereason co-founders, is the foundational AI security company backed by $166M in funding from Index Ventures and Blackstone. The company pairs a federated SIEM with AI agents for detection, investigation, response, and threat hunting in security operations centers. You will lead 7AI's experiential marketing strategy and function, owning the full portfolio from flagship industry events and executive experiences to regional and channel programs. This is a strategic ownership role where you set vision and standards, then ensure execution across the organization as it scales. Key responsibilities include: designing and executing 7AI's presence at major security conferences (concept through on-site delivery); creating executive experiences that resonate with CISOs and security leaders; managing budgets, vendors, venues, and production partners end-to-end; building and leading the experiential marketing team; partnering with sales, brand, and product marketing to ensure events drive real business outcomes; measuring impact (brand recall, relationships, pipeline influence); and traveling regularly to execute events on-site. You'll need 6+ years in event management or experiential marketing with direct ownership of large-scale programs. A track record of flagship events that people remember is essential. You should be comfortable building a program area from scratch, have a strong eye for design and brand experience, and understand the difference between impressing a room and earning its trust. Background in luxury hospitality, high-profile entertainment, fashion, or elite social events is valued—what matters is operating at that level of craft and guest experience. Leadership experience with event or field marketers is expected. Nice-to-haves include security/IT buyer marketing experience, familiarity with major security conferences (RSAC, Black Hat, DEF CON), designing for VIP/celebrity clientele, and early-stage startup experience.
