As Director of Corporate Strategy, you will lead strategic planning and execution across the organization. This role reports to executive leadership and is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, evaluating partnerships and M&A targets, optimizing business model economics, and driving cross-functional initiatives that accelerate the company's mission to improve health outcomes at scale. You will work closely with clinical, product, operations, and commercial teams to translate strategy into executable roadmaps.
The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of experience in healthcare, healthtech, or high-growth B2B SaaS, with demonstrated success in corporate strategy, business development, or operations roles. You should have deep expertise in healthcare economics, payer/provider dynamics, and digital health trends. Strong analytical skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence without direct authority are essential. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-moving, mission-driven environments.
