Silverfort is building an identity security platform that secures identities and access at runtime across on-premises and cloud environments for humans, machines, and AI agents. The company serves over 1,000 customers including many Fortune 100 companies and is positioned to lead the fast-growing identity security category.
You will build and run Silverfort's growing PR program as Director of Corporate Communications, reporting to the Global Head of Corporate Marketing. This is a highly visible, hands-on role with real influence on market positioning and category ownership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Grow the corporate communications function into a world-class operation, shaping the global corporate narrative and keeping leadership, product, and go-to-market teams aligned
- Build and run PR strategy end-to-end (planning, metrics, measurement, iteration), leading PR agencies to deliver their best work
- Own PR across product launches, recognition programs, thought leadership, and partnerships; drive a successful rapid response program
- Partner with the threat research team to showcase research and bring real-world implications to life for media, analysts, and customers
- Build thought leadership programs across owned channels, media, and speaking platforms; help leaders show up well in interviews, on stage, and on social media
- Write executive-voice content (op-eds, bylines, LinkedIn posts, talking points, briefing materials) and prep executives for interviews and public appearances through media training and message coaching
- Land meaningful speaking slots at tier-one industry events and business forums; run award and speaking submissions start to finish
- Handle sensitive issues, assess emerging threats quickly, and drive swift, coordinated response with clear guidance to leadership
Requirements:
- 10-13+ years of PR/communications experience at leading tech companies or agencies
- Knowledge of public relations best practices and existing relationships in the space
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to turn technical complexity into compelling narratives
- Strong organizational and program management skills with good judgment in juggling competing executive requests
- Track record of landing real media coverage for technology companies, with ability to identify proactive story opportunities beyond launches
