You'll partner with the Director of Science to translate technical research into clear narratives, work with Product Marketing on positioning, and collaborate with Design and Video teams. Key responsibilities include building and managing the content roadmap, defining editorial standards, leading internal contributors and external partners, and developing a customer storytelling program. You'll own organic search strategy and SEO visibility, develop distribution approaches that reach buyers across industry channels, and build repeatable content repurposing processes. You'll define the content function's goals and measurement approach, tracking content-sourced and content-influenced pipeline alongside audience growth and engagement. Success means content becomes a consistent, measurable contributor to qualified pipeline; Perry Weather earns recognition as an authoritative voice in heat stress prevention and lightning safety; original research generates inbound interest from target buyers; and the content function operates with clear priorities and capacity to scale. Required: 8+ years of content marketing or editorial experience in B2B SaaS, demonstrated success leading a content function or substantial program, track record of driving qualified pipeline through content and organic growth, experience leading people and cross-functional contributors, exceptional writing and editing skills, ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives, strong editorial judgment, and deep understanding of SEO and answer engine optimization.
