As Director of Consumer Marketing, you will lead the consumer marketing function, owning strategy and execution across all lifecycle and engagement channels. You'll plan and execute multi-channel consumer marketing campaigns from strategy through launch and post-campaign analysis. Key responsibilities include building and managing lifecycle and email marketing programs (onboarding, activation, retention, re-engagement flows), developing and testing offline tactics as part of an integrated engagement strategy, and segmenting/targeting end users based on behavior, product usage, and lifecycle stage.
You'll partner closely with Product on go-to-market initiatives for new features, including positioning, messaging, and launch plans. You'll also collaborate with Client Success and partner teams to ensure end-user communications reflect each white-label partner's brand and requirements.
