Allara is a comprehensive women's health platform serving over 60,000 patients nationwide, specializing in hormonal, metabolic, and reproductive care through multidisciplinary provider teams. As Director of Clinical Operations, you will own the full provider network operations function end-to-end, responsible for both scaling the provider network rapidly and maintaining operational excellence. Your core responsibilities span three interconnected areas: **Build and Scale Operations Infrastructure**: Design and own the operational systems that enable frictionless provider network growth from hundreds to thousands of providers. You'll lead multi-state provider credentialing, licensing, and APRN collaboration agreements across all active states. Build systems for provider performance data, dynamic availability management, capacity tracking, and knowledge management that reduce tribal knowledge and create self-serve resources. **Own the Provider Lifecycle**: Lead the end-to-end provider experience from hiring through credentialing, onboarding, training, clinical performance management, and offboarding. Build a scalable, high-quality funnel capable of achieving 2-3x provider growth without proportional increases in operational resourcing. Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Recruiting, Payer Operations, Clinical Management, and Product to eliminate friction. Create data visibility and dashboards that enable leadership to identify and act on network performance trends in real time. Identify manual, error-prone processes and lead automation and systematization efforts. **Lead the Team**: Coach and manage a diverse team of functional owners, including managers and individual contributors. Drive performance across multiple functions and lead AI enablement and automation initiatives. Serve as a thought partner in cross-functional workgroups and strategic planning, translating data and project updates into actionable insights for leadership. You bring 5-7 years of high-growth operations experience, ideally with direct exposure to provider network management, credentialing, or multi-state licensing. You've built operational systems from scratch in resource-constrained environments, are process-obsessed and detail-oriented, and have P&L ownership experience. You're comfortable pulling data, identifying trends, and translating insights into operational decisions. You communicate effectively across clinical, product, and operations teams, moving things forward without direct authority. You're genuinely excited by automation, tooling, and AI as force multipliers. Preferred experience includes telehealth or multi-state provider network operations, familiarity with credentialing systems, EHR platforms, LMS platforms, and workflow automation tools, and background in women's health, virtual care, or collaborative care models. The role is hybrid based in NYC with an expectation of at least three days per week in the office, with flexibility as needed. Allara values in-person collaboration and offers competitive compensation, equity, and professional development opportunities.
