Salary: USD 250,000 - 295,000 / annual

As Director of Brand, you will be the custodian of the Together AI brand and lead brand marketing across the organization. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will have the opportunity to independently build and scale the brand marketing function at a company at the forefront of AI innovation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating the brand narrative grounded in the company's vision of providing open, abundant AI, appealing to a technical audience, in collaboration with the CEO and leadership
- Building brand campaigns with messaging, design, and channel execution that cut through competitive noise
- Driving consistency of brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing assets and channels
- Leading in-house and vendor design resources
- Establishing objective metrics for brand awareness and sentiment, and building a brand tracker
- Guiding and influencing thought leadership content developed by product marketing
- Owning the brand awareness budget and identifying top-performing levers to scale
- Fostering a culture of experimentation to test new ideas and scale at the right ROI
Requirements:
- 5+ years leading brand and creative teams
- Demonstrated success building high-impact brand campaigns in B2B marketing
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to build something from the ground up
- Experience managing budgets for brand campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting
- Preferably worked as a brand director across both agency and client side
