Remerge is a leading programmatic in-app advertising platform founded in 2014, helping mobile app marketers increase revenue and retention through retargeting and user re-engagement. The company operates globally with offices in Berlin, New York, Singapore, Seoul, and Tokyo.
This newly designed Director role reports to the Regional VP and serves as the single point of accountability for both commercial and technical outcomes across the Americas region. You will own regional revenue targets, retention, account growth, and forecast accuracy across the full Account Management portfolio. The role uniquely bridges commercial and technical leadership by managing a unified team of Account Management and AdOps professionals as one function rather than two separate teams.
Key responsibilities include: driving execution and regional adoption of centrally-set AdOps and Account Management standards on strategically complex accounts; directly managing and developing Account Management and AdOps team leads and senior individual contributors; building and maintaining executive-level relationships with the region's most strategic accounts; partnering with Sales on pipeline handoff, account onboarding, and new business positioning; owning budget, headcount, and resource allocation across the combined team; and representing the region in leadership discussions on revenue, technical performance, and competitive landscape.
You will surface regional technical needs and client feedback to Product and Engineering teams, ensuring the platform evolves to meet market demands. This role requires comfort with both revenue ownership and deep technical fluency in programmatic advertising, campaign optimization, and platform mechanics.
The ideal candidate brings 7–10+ years of commercial leadership experience in adtech or performance marketing, with demonstrated success managing managers or senior individual contributors across multiple functions. You should have deep regional market expertise, strong executive relationship management skills, and cross-functional leadership capability. Working knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, MMPs, attribution) and ability to read performance dashboards (Power BI, Druid) are essential.
