Salary: USD 200,000 - 225,000 / annual
Faro Health is seeking a Director of Implementation Services to lead the technical delivery of its AI-powered clinical trial optimization platform across customer environments. This hands-on leadership role bridges customer delivery, infrastructure, data integration, and AI configuration, ensuring secure and seamless platform adoption within each customer's technology ecosystem.
You will own three core technical areas: (1) customer infrastructure setup including SSO, identity provider configuration, service accounts, and API integrations; (2) mapping customer and third-party data fields to Faro's structured data model using JSON-based configurations; and (3) developing and refining custom AI prompts supporting document ingestion and protocol authoring workflows.
Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end technical implementations from discovery through go-live, owning infrastructure setup with customer IT and Faro DevOps teams, scoping and troubleshooting API integrations and system connections, defining and validating JSON-based field mappings, developing and testing custom AI prompts for customer-specific workflows, translating requirements into practical technical solutions, building repeatable implementation playbooks and standards, and managing a Project Manager responsible for implementation timelines.
You will partner closely with DevOps, Product, Engineering, Customer Strategy, Solutions Onboarding, and Product Experience teams. The role requires 8+ years in Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, Technical Implementation, or similar customer-facing technical SaaS roles. Essential qualifications include strong hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS infrastructure (SSO/SAML, identity providers, APIs, authentication), experience configuring structured data mappings using JSON, experience developing or iterating AI prompts for data ingestion and workflow automation, ability to work with customer IT teams while translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and strong problem-solving skills across infrastructure, integrations, data, and application configuration.
Preferred location is U.S. East Coast (Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, or North Carolina) with up to 30% travel. Nice-to-have qualifications include experience in life sciences, clinical development, or regulated enterprise software; familiarity with clinical data standards or protocol design workflows; and experience building or scaling Implementation or Professional Services functions.
