Ibotta, a leading performance marketing platform and NYSE-listed company headquartered in Denver, is seeking a Director of HR Business Partner for its Technology organization. This is a strategic senior HR leadership role reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, requiring deep partnership with executive leadership to align people strategy with business growth objectives. Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive workforce plans that translate business strategy into talent strategy, identifying capability gaps, and defining levers to close them. You will guide leaders on total rewards decisions grounded in business need and internal equity, ensuring compensation solutions address root problems. You will drive an integrated talent management system encompassing performance management, succession planning, critical role identification, career development, and organizational design. The role includes leading change management initiatives end-to-end, including stakeholder engagement and post-change reinforcement, while educating and enabling leaders to conduct talent conversations with confidence and consistency. You will also build and develop a team of HRBPs, coaching them to operate as strategic partners rather than reactive responders. This requires exceptional executive presence, influence without authority, and the ability to translate people data into actionable leadership insights. Required qualifications: 10+ years progressive HR experience with at least 5 years as a senior strategic HRBP or HR leader in high-growth environments; 3+ years managing and developing other HR professionals; bachelor's degree (SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred); proven track record in workforce planning, organizational design, change management, and talent strategy; fluency with compensation strategy; strong analytical skills with people data; and proficiency with Workday (Knoetic, Peakon, G-Suite, Slack, Zoom a plus). The position is hybrid, requiring 3 days in-office (Tuesday-Thursday) in Denver. Relocation assistance is available. Base compensation: $150,000-$170,000 plus equity and variable compensation. Full benefits include medical, dental, vision, ESPP, and 401(k) match.
