The Director, HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Sales & Commercial will serve as a strategic advisor to sales and commercial leadership, driving organizational effectiveness, talent management, and compensation planning. This role bridges HR strategy with business objectives, requiring deep partnership with people leaders to align HR initiatives with company growth goals.
Key responsibilities include: partnering with Sales and Commercial leaders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into HR strategies; supporting both exempt and non-exempt employees; driving organizational design, change management, employee relations, and succession planning initiatives; collaborating with the broader HR team to develop and implement best practices; fostering a high-performance culture emphasizing engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion; analyzing HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights on talent trends and organizational health; and ensuring full compliance with employment laws and ethical HR practices.
The ideal candidate brings 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3+ years specifically supporting Sales and Commercial functions. Required competencies include proven ability to partner with leaders and drive business results through HR strategy; excellent communication and stakeholder influence; strategic thinking grounded in HR best practices and emerging technologies; change management expertise; and experience managing complex employee relations matters including investigations. A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is required; a master's degree is preferred. The role requires up to 25% travel.
