Teal Health is a women's health company focused on expanding access to cervical cancer screening through at-home self-collection. The company is redesigning preventive care by putting women's preferences and experiences at the center.
As Director of Health Systems Partnerships, you will build and close a pipeline of health system and large provider network accounts. This is an end-to-end channel ownership role: you will land new accounts and drive them to scale rollout, not just go-live. You'll navigate complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving Chief Medical Officers, line-of-business owners (primary care, women's health), quality and population health leaders, and lab directors through to signed agreements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and closing a pipeline of health system and large provider network accounts
- Driving accounts to scale rollout by securing outreach authorization and leveraging population health outreach to grow screening volume beyond point-of-care ordering
- Working cross-functionally with integration and customer success teams on go-live and post-launch account performance
- Navigating procurement, legal, and clinical stakeholders
- Negotiating multi-stakeholder agreements involving clinical workflow or data integration
You'll be joining a Series A company with lean infrastructure, so comfort with ambiguity and building processes from the ground up is essential. The role includes discretionary travel to build and close enterprise accounts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Enterprise health system sales experience at a diagnostic, women's health, or value-based care company
- Proven track record closing IDN or large health system deals, navigating procurement, legal, and clinical stakeholders through to signed agreement
- Experience selling to and building champions among CMOs, line-of-business owners (primary care, women's health), quality and population health leaders, and lab directors
- Credibility in clinical conversations without heavy support
- Experience negotiating multi-stakeholder agreements involving clinical workflow or data integration
- Comfort at a Series A company with lean infrastructure
- Willingness to travel as needed
PREFERRED:
- Background at a strong source company such as Exact Sciences, Guardant Health, Veracyte, Natera, Tempus, Genomic Health, Caris Life Sciences, Labcorp Oncology, Myriad Genetics, or Evolent Health
- Experience with population health outreach or patient data-sharing arrangements
- Motivated by ambiguity and building a channel where infrastructure is still being defined
