Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will serve as the company's day-to-day owner for corporate communications and will build and execute an integrated external communications program. This is a Director-level individual contributor role designed for someone who can think strategically while personally writing, coordinating, organizing, and executing communications work. The ideal candidate combines biotechnology communications judgment, excellent writing skills, disciplined project management, and comfort working in a lean environment where external agency partners, legal counsel, finance, clinical, medical affairs, and executive leaders must stay tightly aligned. Celea is preparing for its next stage of clinical, corporate, and capital markets growth, making this a pivotal role in shaping the company's external narrative during a critical period. Qualifications (inferred from role description): • Demonstrated experience in biotechnology or life sciences communications • Strong writing and editing capabilities • Project management discipline and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders • Understanding of clinical development, regulatory processes, and healthcare communications • Ability to translate complex scientific and clinical information for diverse audiences • Experience managing external agency partners and cross-functional teams • Comfort in lean, fast-moving environments
