Zscaler is seeking a Director of GTM Finance & Topline Metrics to own the company's financial architecture for go-to-market operations. Reporting to the VP of GTM FP&A, you will serve as a strategic finance leader responsible for building and maintaining ARR bridges, driver-based cohort models, and pipeline conversion frameworks that serve as the single source of truth across Finance, Sales Operations, and executive leadership.
Key responsibilities include partnering directly with GTM leadership to challenge and align on pipeline assumptions, deal economics, and quota attainability during forecast and strategy sessions. You will drive ACV bookings forecasting and pipeline conversion modeling across direct and partner channels by integrating Salesforce and signal data. You'll model gross and net churn by cohort, segment, and product line, building predictive models for at-risk accounts using product usage and support data.
You will lead topline workstreams for Annual Operating Plan cycles, multi-scenario financial modeling, quarterly earnings preparation, and board-level reporting. This role requires an analytically elite and operationally credible leader who can navigate complex enterprise SaaS environments with urgency and clarity.
Required qualifications include 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, GTM Finance, Revenue Operations, or Sales Strategy at high-growth enterprise SaaS companies. You must demonstrate deep expertise in SaaS topline metrics (ACV, TCV, ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, pipeline analytics) and proven ability to build sophisticated ARR bridge models, churn cohort models, and pipeline conversion frameworks. Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline, opportunity, and revenue analytics is essential. You should have a track record of leading high-performing analytical finance professionals and engaging as an analytically credible peer with senior GTM operators.
