CoLab is an AI software company that helps mechanical engineering teams accelerate product development. The company serves manufacturers like Bobcat, Triumph Motorcycles, and GE Appliances, enabling them to make better design decisions and reduce time-to-market. CoLab has raised $72M in Series C funding, been named the 57th fastest-growing company in North America by Deloitte, and grown to 250+ employees. This Director role leads GTM Enablement as the company scales its go-to-market organization across sales, BDR, and customer success. You will act as a strategic thought partner to GTM leadership, translating high-level observations into measurable, executable programs that drive performance across the entire funnel. Key responsibilities include: diagnosing performance gaps using funnel data, call review, and RevOps partnership; building and owning onboarding programs to reduce time-to-ramp for new GTM hires; developing messaging and positioning that sales teams can actually execute; designing and delivering programs across pipeline generation, discovery, stage conversion, deal progression, onboarding, retention, and expansion; rolling out programs with structured checkpoints and measurement; and equipping managers to sustain programs independently. You will build and lead an enablement team, including a Technical Enablement Specialist (hiring near-term) focused on industry enablement and product certification, and a Field Enablement Coach (planned) focused on call review and coaching at scale. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, BDR, customer success, marketing, and RevOps to ensure programs are cohesive and well-executed. Success metrics: In 90 days, audit current enablement state and ship at least one impactful program. By six months, new GTM hires ramp faster with a repeatable onboarding program, and your technical enablement specialist is productive. By twelve months, enablement is a relied-upon function with measurable impact on key metrics, and managers are sustaining programs independently.
