As Director of Growth Marketing for Global Futures, you will lead three interconnected workstreams that define the next generation of marketing performance at Airwallex.
**AI Tools & Strategy**: You'll own the evaluation, selection, and rollout of AI and automation technologies across Performance Marketing, Creative, and Analytics. This includes building a systematic framework to assess emerging tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Firefly, Mutiny, Dynamic Yield, Jasper, Descript, Synthesia, etc.) based on ROI, scalability, security, and integration readiness. You'll maintain a central repository and roadmap of approved tools, partner with Engineering, IT, and Legal on integration feasibility and data governance, and drive implementation through playbooks and enablement materials. Success is measured by adoption rates, creative velocity gains, testing output increases, and pipeline impact.
**Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)**: You'll own the global CRO framework, driving measurable improvements in conversion rates, customer acquisition cost, and pipeline through structured experimentation. Responsibilities include overseeing landing page testing, personalization, and UX optimization in partnership with Web Engineering and Product Marketing. You'll build a global repository of CRO learnings and implement scalable frameworks across regions, while aligning CRO initiatives with AI experimentation to automate hypothesis generation, content iteration, and audience segmentation.
**Ad Operations & Governance**: You'll lead Ad Operations excellence across all paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic). This includes managing tracking, pixel governance, UTM frameworks, and end-to-end attribution integrity. You'll build automation and QA frameworks to reduce manual overhead, standardize campaign setup and naming conventions, and establish consistent reporting structures across global teams.
You'll work in a hyper-growth fintech environment with a high-octane marketing team focused on data-driven strategies and bold execution. The role requires connecting strategy to execution by embedding automation, efficiency, and intelligence into every stage of the marketing lifecycle.
