As a key strategic leader, you will set the vision for TuneCore's growth engine across the full customer lifecycle—from artist acquisition and conversion through engagement, retention, and lifetime value expansion.
You will own the comprehensive growth roadmap spanning paid media, SEO, web conversion, CRM and lifecycle initiatives, retention strategies, and emerging channels. Working closely with agency partners and cross-functional leaders in marketing, product, creative, analytics, and regional business teams, you'll identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize investments, establish clear goals and measurement frameworks, and drive measurable business outcomes.

• Setting and leading TuneCore's holistic growth strategy across acquisition, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and customer lifetime value
• Owning the growth roadmap and translating strategic priorities into clear investment decisions and measurable outcomes
• Developing strategies to attract, engage, and retain high-potential artists while increasing customer lifetime value and loyalty
• Setting strategic direction for acquisition across paid media, SEM, SEO, paid social, content, web conversion, and emerging channels
• Leading retention, engagement, and cross-sell strategies to increase share of wallet across TuneCore's product ecosystem
• Establishing sophisticated segmentation strategies based on earnings, genre, geography, career stage, and customer behavior
• Building analytics frameworks, KPIs, and measurement systems to understand growth performance and inform investment decisions
• Leading and developing a high-performing Growth organization, fostering a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous learning
• Strategically managing agency partners to ensure they operate as extensions of the internal team
• Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Creative, Technology, and regional teams to embed growth across the customer experience
• Identifying and testing new channels, capabilities, and approaches to unlock incremental growth
This role sits at the center of TuneCore's growth ecosystem, connecting acquisition, product, data, and customer experiences. You'll develop programs that create meaningful, lasting relationships while improving conversion, engagement, retention, and LTV. You'll help advance TuneCore's purpose: empowering independent artists to build sustainable careers on their own terms.
