Quince is a manufacturer-to-consumer (M2C) brand delivering high-quality essentials at low prices through a direct-to-consumer model. The company spans apparel, accessories, home goods, and more, serving tens of millions of customers globally with a culture built for builders and operators.
The Director of Global Social Media is a strategic operator and player-coach who owns the vision, strategy, team, and operating cadence for Quince's organic social channels across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms. This role treats organic social as a performance function tied directly to business outcomes—revenue, app installs, engagement, and reach—rather than a publishing function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and scaling a team spanning social media management, content creation, and coordination
- Owning the weekly social business review, reporting performance metrics to executive stakeholders
- Building and operating a test-and-learn engine to identify what drives performance by platform and reallocate effort accordingly
- Scaling the short-form video engine while raising engagement across all platforms
- Setting content strategy across storytelling, education, and entertainment, shifting from campaign imagery toward platform-native, humanizing content
- Partnering with Brand and Communications to ensure social expresses company narrative with consistency
- Partnering with Community and other functions to drive business outcomes
The ideal candidate has scaled social for a high-growth consumer brand, understands what drives performance by platform, and has the taste and judgment to raise the creative bar directly. This is a builder's role for someone energized by weekly attribution to business outcomes, not someone seeking to inherit a finished playbook or manage from altitude. Reports to Head of Brand Strategy & Narrative.
