Kaseya, a leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software backed by Insight Partners, is seeking a Director of Global Sales Compensation to lead the strategy, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of global sales commission programs. In this role, you will own the end-to-end commissions lifecycle, including plan implementation in CaptivateIQ, calculation validation, payout operations, dispute resolution, controls, analytics, and payroll-ready output across regions. You will serve as a strategic and execution-focused leader, partnering closely with Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Finance, Payroll, HR, and Business Systems to translate compensation plans into scalable system logic and strengthen data integrity across Salesforce and downstream systems. Key responsibilities include leading the administration of global commission programs across monthly, quarterly, and annual payout cycles; owning CaptivateIQ configuration, plan implementation, and system optimization; operationalizing compensation plans, quotas, hierarchies, and exception policies; overseeing data integrity and reconciliation across multiple systems; ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant payouts; designing controls, audit trails, and governance processes; leading commission inquiries and dispute resolution; building reporting and analytics on payouts and operational performance; and leading and developing the global commissions team while driving automation and process improvement. You will bring 8+ years of experience in sales compensation, commissions, finance operations, or revenue operations, including leadership experience. Deep hands-on expertise with CaptivateIQ is essential, along with strong knowledge of Salesforce data structures, sales crediting, and hierarchy management. You will demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience improving commission controls and audit readiness, and excellent cross-functional stakeholder management abilities in a global environment.
