Precision for Medicine seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead finance strategy for the Engagement Solutions business unit (PAQ), a 1,300-person organization with 630 employees in Engagement Solutions. Reporting to the VP of Finance – Engagement Solutions, you will translate financial insights into actionable strategic initiatives that drive profitability across four business units: Advertising (pharma/biotech brand strategy and omnichannel campaigns), Investor Relations Services (biotech advisory for IPO roadmapping and investor communications), Medical Communications (scientific platform development and KOL engagement), and Market Access (payer value messaging and channel strategy). Key responsibilities include partnering with VP Finance and business unit leaders on financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis; supporting annual budgets and periodic forecasts with business inputs and risk assessment; preparing monthly financial results, variance analyses, KPIs, and dashboards; identifying and communicating key business drivers and opportunities impacting revenue, margin, EBITDA, and staffing; providing analytical support for staffing plans, investments, pricing, and profitability; collaborating with Accounting, Client Finance, and FP&A peers to improve reporting accuracy and support month-end close; standardizing finance processes and reporting tools across business areas; conducting ad hoc financial analysis and special projects; and managing and developing assigned finance team members. You will operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environment, synthesizing complex financial data into clear business insights for senior leadership and stakeholders. The role requires 10+ years of relevant finance or FP&A experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business, advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, Salesforce and BI dashboard experience, and demonstrated ability to partner effectively with senior leadership in a commercially minded, intellectually curious capacity.
