Veeam, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Director of Digital Experience to own the experience strategy across veeam.com and global digital properties. This is a strategic leadership role that bridges business objectives with digital execution, setting standards, governance, and roadmaps for teams across the organization.
You will own the complete experience layer across Veeam's digital properties, defining customer journeys, interaction models, navigation, and page standards that internal teams and external partners build against. You'll lead research and discovery through user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis, translating findings into content structure, user flows, and journey maps that serve real customer needs.
Key responsibilities include evolving Veeam's UI Kit as the authoritative basis for delivery, applying brand identity and visual design direction to documented components, patterns, and interaction standards that enable scale and consistency. You'll drive continuous improvement by blending qualitative insights with performance data to surface friction and connect design decisions to business outcomes.
You'll partner with executive and functional leaders to shape digital priorities, investment, and long-term roadmap, presenting strategy and results in business terms. Close collaboration with the Creative team (who own brand and visual design) and coordination across content, web development, operations, and technology ensures elevated experiences ship at scale.
You'll work with enterprise tools including Google Analytics 4, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Adobe Target, UserTesting, Adobe Experience Manager, Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD. You'll also grow the team's business fluency and craft while managing relationships with agencies, contractors, and strategic partners.
