LogicGate is the leading AI-powered GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platform for enterprises. The Director, Cybersecurity will lead the execution of LogicGate's internal security and compliance program, protecting the SaaS platform and reinforcing enterprise customer trust. Reporting directly to the CISO, you will serve as Deputy CISO, leading the security organization, operationalizing risk management, and scaling SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, and FedRAMP compliance frameworks.
Key responsibilities include: operationalizing the enterprise security roadmap by translating strategic objectives into daily InfoSec and IT security operations; building, leading, and mentoring a high-performing security team; owning LogicGate's enterprise compliance posture and ensuring alignment with major frameworks; serving as the senior security voice in high-stakes enterprise customer engagements and security reviews; evaluating and integrating modern AI tools and threat detection technologies into security operations; maintaining the security governance framework including vendor risk assessments, security policies, and incident response readiness; and partnering cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Legal, and Operations to embed security best practices.
Required qualifications: 7-10 years of progressive information security experience with 4+ years leading security teams and owning end-to-end security operations, incident response, security engineering, vulnerability management, and compliance programs. Proven track record deploying and maintaining security tools and processes aligned with SOC 2 Type II in high-growth SaaS environments. Deep technical knowledge across CNAPP, EDR, and SASE architecture with demonstrated incident response command experience. Ability to communicate complex technical risks to executives, board members, auditors, and enterprise customers. Practical experience leveraging AI tools, automated workflows, or LLM-driven solutions to optimize threat detection and security operations. Willingness to travel for leadership summits, team planning, and customer/auditor engagements.
Nice-to-have: Senior certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
