AlphaSense is seeking a Director of Customer Success to lead the APAC Customer Success team within the Financial Services business unit. This is a senior leadership role responsible for strategy and execution across the region, managing a team of Account Managers and Customer Success Managers focused on driving renewals, expanding customer relationships, and maximizing product adoption among Fortune 500 clients.
You will own the vision for how AlphaSense delivers value to its APAC Financial Services customer base and be accountable for retention targets, growth opportunities, and team development. The role sits at the center of customer retention and expansion strategy, requiring close partnership with Sales leadership to ensure long-term client value delivery.
Key responsibilities include: leading and developing a team of Account Managers and Customer Success Managers; setting and exceeding renewal targets; identifying and executing on growth opportunities within existing accounts; building scalable processes and infrastructure to support the team; managing relationships with senior-level clients and handling escalations; coaching and providing regular feedback to team members; and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.
