Salary: USD 170,850 - 281,900 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking a Director of CRM Sales for the Manufacturing vertical to lead a regional sales organization and drive new business growth. In this role, you will build and manage a team of Sales Executives, develop regional sales strategy in partnership with Sales Operations, and own territory planning, relationship development, and revenue generation. You will recruit, coach, and mentor team members to drive excellence, establish territories and quotas, manage accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting, and achieve annual sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
Key responsibilities include actively engaging in C-level customer meetings to understand business requirements, building effective cross-functional relationships with Solution Consulting, Business Units, Professional Services, Marketing, partners, and the ServiceNow executive team. You will also focus on retaining and growing the existing customer base through regular non-sales engagement activities to deliver excellent customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (AI-powered tools, workflow automation, AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact)
- Extensive track record of new business sales success with strong presentation and negotiation skills at industry and C-level
- Proven success recruiting, coaching, and managing exceptional sales teams
- Strong strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals
- Ownership of accurate CRM reporting including current and future quarterly forecasts and opportunity inspection
- Experience driving sales processes and building effective working relationships with Sales Operations
- Ability to understand the bigger picture and business drivers around IT
- Ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in a rapidly changing and growing environment
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Demonstrated ability to build self-motivated sales teams that embrace collaboration, enthusiasm, and overachievement
- Track record of championing and developing top performers, with ability to topgrade appropriately
- Proven partner relationships and networks with ability to grow revenue streams and territory development through partner ecosystem
