ServiceNow is seeking a Director, CRM Sales to lead rapid expansion of its CRM product lines across the Nordics region. This is a people-management role reporting to Global Business Unit Sales Leadership, responsible for building, leading, mentoring, and developing a team of CRM Account Executives to drive new business sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of CRM Account Executives to drive rapid new business sales growth in the Nordics region
- Build and execute sales strategy in conjunction with Field Sales, Pre-Sales Leadership, Professional Services, Marketing, Alliances & Channels, and Sales Operations teams
- Serve as central conduit between Global Business Unit Sales Leadership and Field Sales Leadership
- Actively engage in territory planning, relationship development, and opportunity development; assist Sales Directors and Field Sales Teams in closing deals
- Recruit, coach, and mentor team members to drive excellence
- Develop territories and quotas for the sales team; communicate performance expectations
- Manage and report accurate forecasts and pipelines locally, within EMEA, and to Global business units
- Achieve annual sales goals on quarterly and annual basis
- Build effective working relationships with Solution Consulting, Product Development, Customer Outcomes, Partners, Marketing, and ServiceNow executive team

Requirements:
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- Extensive track record of new business sales success with CRM Solutions, including presentation and negotiation skills at C-Level
- CRM SaaS experience essential; PaaS experience preferred
- 4+ years as a sales leader with prior success as a CRM Sales executive
- Prior experience in both direct sales and sales overlay capacities
- Strong collaborator across multiple disciplines
- Proven success recruiting, coaching, and managing exceptional sales teams
- Strong strategic thinking with analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas
- Experience in planning and organization
- Public speaking experience and comfort presenting to large audiences with credibility
- Track record using social media to enhance brand messaging
- Experience driving sales processes and building effective relationships with Sales Operations
- Ability to build long-term strategic and senior-level relationships
- Ability to adapt and work effectively in rapidly changing, growing environments
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Fluency in English and one regional Nordic language
