Instructure is seeking a Director of CRM Product Management to own Salesforce as a strategic product within the organization. In this role, you will set the roadmap for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and connected third-party applications, working collaboratively with directors, VPs, and executives to determine product priorities and strategic direction. This is a pivotal time to join: Instructure is transitioning from Salesforce CPQ to Agentforce Revenue Management and expanding AI capabilities across the CRM platform. You will lead a four-person product team responsible for refining and translating business requirements, managing delivery and testing cycles, and maintaining CRM data quality and integrity. You'll work closely with the Director of CRM Systems and their eight-person team of CRM administrators, developers, and engineers who own the technical build and implementation. This partnership is critical to translating product vision into operational reality. The role reports to the VP of Enterprise Systems and Technology and is fully remote. You'll be responsible for strategic product decisions, roadmap prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and team leadership. Instructure is an edtech company focused on creating intuitive products that simplify learning and personal development. The company offers competitive compensation (including an ownership program for all full-time employees), flexible work culture, generous time off including an annual "Dim the Lights" recharge period in December, comprehensive wellness and mental health support, professional development resources, and tuition reimbursement. REQUIREMENTS: The posting does not explicitly state years of experience, specific certifications, or educational requirements. However, the role expects demonstrated experience in product management, Salesforce platform knowledge (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ), ability to lead and manage teams, stakeholder management skills, and experience with enterprise software implementations and AI/automation technologies.
