Applecart is a technology platform that helps C-suite executives reach business-critical decision makers through data-driven relationship mapping and content delivery. The company serves Fortune 500 companies, agencies, trade associations, nonprofits, and governments. You will lead a multi-layered team of Digital Strategy Managers and Client Services Associates from the New York headquarters, reporting to the VP of Client Services. Your team drives digital marketing campaigns from development through execution and manages day-to-day client relationships in partnership with Sales. Key responsibilities include: **Team Leadership & People Management:** - Manage and motivate a team of managers and their direct reports - Conduct regular 1:1s, provide coaching, and manage performance reviews - Track team bandwidth and ensure consistent resource allocation across the client base - Serve as escalation point for high-priority client accounts **Team Growth & Enablement:** - Partner with CS and Recruitment to identify hiring needs and onboard new team members - Identify enablement gaps and coordinate with enablement leaders on process rollouts and certifications - Help evolve the onboarding program for efficiency **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** - Work with GTM, CS, Revenue Operations, and Product leadership to improve processes and streamline operations - Serve as thought partner to senior leaders on company growth and team strategy - Translate client goals into scalable digital paid media strategies across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, DSP, and programmatic channels Your team manages clients at the intersection of corporate reputation, public affairs, and B2B marketing, handling strategic digital advertising for influential organizations. You'll provide operational rigor, coaching, and structure while not managing clients directly—instead enabling your direct reports to own day-to-day client relationships and campaign execution. Required: 8+ years of digital advertising experience, preferably at a PR, public affairs, communications, digital advertising, or media buying agency with proven client-facing experience.
